Security & Access

Upon initial setup, you'll create an administrator account, which grants the highest level of privileges. As an administrator, you'll have access to the entire system, including logs, analytics, and more. There are three user roles:

Admin (full access), Manager (can view and manage workspaces but not LLM, Embedder, or Vector database settings), and default (limited to sending chats in assigned workspaces).

User Roles:

  • Admin:

    • Highest level of privilege.

    • Full access to the entire system, including:

      • Finetune

      • System settings

      • Logs

      • Analytics

      • All workspaces

      • User management

  • Manager:

    • Can view and manage all workspaces.

    • Can modify workspace properties.

    • Cannot modify settings for:

      • LLM

      • Embedder

      • Vector database

  • Default:

    • Can only send chats to workspaces they are explicitly added to.

    • Cannot see or edit any workspaces or system settings.
